The Audio and Visual (A/V) Team in our church is responsible for managing and operating the technical aspects of the church’s sound, lighting, and video systems, ensuring clear communication and an engaging worship experience. The A/V Team handles tasks like setting up equipment, running sound and video during services, recording events, and maintaining the A/V equipment.
The A/V Team ensures optimal sound quality during services and events. This includes setting up microphones, adjusting sound levels, mixing audio for live and recorded events, and troubleshooting any sound-related issues. The A/V Team manages the visual aspects, such as displaying lyrics, sermon notes, and videos on screens; as well as controlling and producing live-streaming and recording services.
Overall, the A/V Team plays a crucial role in creating an environment where the church’s message can be effectively communicated and experienced by the congregation.
If you would like to volunteer to serve on the A/V Team, please contact Sherrie Dalton, Director of the Audio and Visual Team, for more information at (951) 685-1180 or at servant@calvarychapeljurupavalley.com. Training will be provided to all A/V Team members.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:10 NIV
